Penguin Toys was launched in 1981 as a small trading Company with just 3 employees for the business of Kiddies’ Toys. The business is located in the heart of Colombo’s Trading hub Prince Street, Pettah.

From that humble beginning, today, after almost 33 years the Company has sprung up and developed in to the position of Market Leader in toys in Sri Lanka with a success story which can be simply described as “phenomenal “. What is most striking is that after reaching the top in our line, we have been able to sustain that position for the last two decades in a fiercely competitive business environment.

Our Tag Line has always been “ We make kids happy” and exactly that is what we have been doing for well over three decades. By the Grace of Providence we are confident that Penguins would perform exceptionally well and make more kids happier in the years to come.
