Market-Oriented Dairy (MOD) Project builds the capacity of Sri Lanka’s dairy sector to improve productivity thereby enhancing the island’s milk production and milk quality to meet the growing nutritional demands of the nation.

Empowering the business of dairy through the transfer of technical, financial and management best practices; facilitating access to finance, inputs and services; improving demand for high quality milk through the processors and trade association; catalyzing a sustainable growth for dairy entrepreneurs.
